Wasl Tower is a 303-metre mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai’s Al Wasl district on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Designed by UNStudio and engineered by Werner Sobek, the tower features the region’s tallest ceramic façade, which enhances sustainability by providing shade, improving cooling, and reducing lighting energy consumption.

It houses premium office spaces, a 5-star Mandarin Oriental hotel, luxury residences, fine dining restaurants, and wellness amenities, including a spa and fitness centres.

Ciel Tower

Ciel Tower is an 82-storey skyscraper under development in Dubai Marina, set to become the world’s tallest hotel upon completion.

Developed by The First Group, it is designed by architectural firm NORR and will feature 1,004 rooms and suites, a rooftop infinity pool on the 76th floor, and an observation deck on the 81st floor offering panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.The tower’s design includes a 300-metre-tall interior atrium with landscaped terraces, reflecting a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Corinthia Tower is a planned luxury hotel and branded real estate development in Dubai, set to open in 2030.Developed by Corinthia Hotels in partnership with Dubai General Properties, the tower will be a 500-metre-plus skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future.

The project will feature a hotel, branded residences, and the world’s highest outdoor sky pool at over 500-metre.

Designed with a distinctive contemporary architectural style, the tower will include a cantilevered sky lobby more than 200-metre above ground.The total built-up area is expected to be 330,000 square-metre, with panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach.The project is positioned as a landmark addition to Dubai’s luxury hospitality and real estate sector.
